Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SetAside AI — the website at setasideai.com, the SetAside AI mobile application, and the daily opportunity digest (together, the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service Is

SetAside AI helps businesses discover and evaluate government contracting opportunities. Opportunity data is drawn from publicly available government sources, principally SAM.gov, and is enhanced with search, filtering, estimating tools, and AI-assisted analysis.

2. What the Service Is Not

SetAside AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Government, the General Services Administration, or SAM.gov.
The Service provides information and tools only. It is not legal, accounting, bonding, or professional bidding advice, and estimates, scores, or AI-generated analysis are informational aids — you are responsible for verifying all information against the official solicitation before bidding.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of opportunity data, and we do not guarantee you will win any contract.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the rate shown at checkout, and renew automatically each month until canceled.
Founding rates ("locked for life") remain at the founding price for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. If a founding subscription is canceled and later restarted, the then-current rate applies.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable — if something's wrong, contact us and we'll work with you.
Small business rates are for businesses that qualify as small under applicable SBA size standards for their primary NAICS code. We may verify eligibility (including via public SAM.gov data) and move accounts to the appropriate plan if a rate was obtained in error.

4. Your Account & Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
One subscription covers one business unless your plan states otherwise. You may not resell, scrape, mass-export, or redistribute the Service's data or content, or use the Service to build a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, and branding — belongs to T.R.E. Consulting Group. Government opportunity data remains public information; our compilation, presentation, and analysis of it are part of the Service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost contract awards.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time, and may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
