This policy describes how SetAside AI ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website (setasideai.com), our mobile application, and our email digest service (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Registration information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), business description, state(s), NAICS codes, business certifications, SAM.gov registration status, and related business details you submit through our forms or app onboarding.
Subscription and payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive confirmation of subscription status and billing contact details.
Usage information: basic technical information such as device type and app interactions, used to operate and improve the Service.
Opportunity data displayed in the Service is sourced from public government sources, principally SAM.gov.

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the Service — including matching government contract opportunities to your business profile and sending your daily opportunity digest email.
To manage your subscription and provide customer support.
To verify small business rate eligibility.
To tell you about Service updates, features, and related offerings from T.R.E. Consulting Group. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to run the Service (such as payment processing, email delivery, and data hosting), or where required by law.

4. AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to analyze opportunity data or information you provide (for example, suggesting NAICS codes from your business description). Inputs to these features are processed through our AI service providers to generate results and are not used to build advertising profiles.

5. Email

Digest and account emails are sent to the address you provide. Every digest email includes the ability to stop receiving it — reply or contact us at the address below and we will deactivate your digest promptly.

6. Data Retention & Your Choices

We retain your information while your account or digest subscription is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Deleting your information may end your ability to use the Service.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access-controlled databases, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data accordingly.

8. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Not a Government Website

SetAside AI is a private service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Government, the General Services Administration, or SAM.gov. Opportunity information is drawn from publicly available government sources.
